André Pires Nóbrega Tahim

André P. N. Tahim received the B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia (2004). He obtained the M. Eng. in Electrical Engineering (2010) and D. Eng. in Control and Automation Systems (2015) degrees, from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil. Since 2015, he has been a member of the faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Bahia (Brazil), where he is responsible for teaching power electronics. His current research interests include modeling and control of power conversion systems, dynamic systems analysis, dc distribution systems and power electronics for renewable energy sources (wind and solar).
